Our Story
Fiery Redd’s Hot Sauce started with one simple obsession: flavor that hits as hard as the heat. In 2016 Stephen “Fiery Redd” Curgan tasted his first craft hot sauce and never looked back. What began as collecting bottles and chasing new flavors turned into a full‑blown pursuit of the perfect burn.
That curiosity led him to Superhot and the League of Fire. Within two months of joining the online chilihead community, Fiery Redd climbed to #1 on the leaderboard and earned an invitation to compete for a world title in London. After learning from that first loss, he trained harder, returned to the world stage in Cape Town, and came home as the League of Fire World Champion.
Winning didn’t stop him from chasing flavor. He started growing his own organically tended superhot peppers so he could control every note of heat and taste. Years of competitive tasting, homegrown peppers, and careful recipe work produced sauces that do more than burn—they balance bright flavor with beautiful heat for every level of spice lover.
